Lhoopa Celebrates Record Property Turnover at BellaVita East Cabanatuan

Last December, we hit an exciting milestone as we successfully turned over more than 177 houses to homeowners in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija—our highest turn over to date!

The event, attended by over a hundred guests, truly captured the spirit of community and teamwork that drives us forward. It was a celebration of everyone—homebuyers, partner brokers, agents, and contractors—who have been part of our journey and contributed to this incredible achievement.

The celebration began with a heartfelt thanksgiving mass to express gratitude for our accomplishments. This was followed by a lunch buffet where attendees shared stories, enjoyed meaningful moments, and created fun memories at the on-site photobooth.

Our Vice President of Sales, Kaye Cawili, addressed the attendees, expressing gratitude to our partners and commending them for their contributions and unwavering dedication. She emphasized how this shared achievement is made possible by everyone’s collective efforts.

Present at the turnover celebration were siblings Mark Anthony and Mark Jayson, as well as Marvin who shared that owning a home means independence and freedom, and with Lhoopa, they were able to achieve it. Their stories show the power of accessible housing in changing lives and empowering individuals to build their futures.

The day wrapped up with an open house, giving our guests the chance to glimpse the thoughtfully designed properties and explore the practical features and quality craftsmanship that make Lhoopa homes stand out.

This milestone goes beyond numbers—it reflects our commitment to building vibrant communities that impact on residents and their surroundings. It’s a testament to what we can achieve through collaboration and a shared vision. It is also a powerful reminder of the remarkable outcomes that can be achieved through collaboration and a shared vision.
